Management and Supervison
In order to maintain the highest standards of cleaning Scott
& Sons places a great emphasis on the supervision of the
total contract.
We will assess your facility individaully, work out your requirements
and ensure that the contract is under the regular supervision
of one of our experienced Area Managers.
Quality Assurance
Our aim is to ensure a consistent, high level of service for
our client by the completion of regular paperwork and close
on-going monitoring throughout the term of the contract. In
addition, random spot checks will be undertaken to ensure that
all areas of work meet our own and our clients expectations.
Our Quality Policy
The Directors and Management of Scott and Sons Ltd are fully
committed to not only meeting, but exceeding the needs of all
our clients, be they corporate or individual. To acheive this
goal, we recognise the need to recruit, train and retain the
best staff available. This is made possible by our committment
to aid the continuous development of our staff at all levels
and our ongoing monitoring and training procedures.
We ensure that our committment to a quality service is comunicated
to all levels of our staff. We undertake the following Quality
Policy:
Monthly Meetings with Clients
Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
completed
Health & Safety Training Documents completed
Area Manager to visit premises
Site Supervisor on larger contracts, to maintain standards
of work and day to day running of service
Directors to meet with clients on a regular basis
Area Manager to be available at all times for emergency's
or back-up
Timesheets to be completed by cleaning operatives
In this way we can ensure a quality of service for our clients
that we, and they, can be proud of.
