and our staff are fully aware of their duties. This Service
Level Agreement will ensure that our client receives the best
possible Customer Care. We undertake a proactive approach to
potential areas of concern at our clients premises and always
try to deal with issues before they arise.
We establish regular and documented contact with all our clients
to ensure adherence to our Service Level Agreements and maximum
customer satisfaction.
