Scott & Sons has now been trading for 20
years although our directors have over 40 years experience in
the industry. We are an independent Company based in St Albans,
and run and maintain contracts throughout the southeast and
home counties.
Our Managing Director, has gained invaluable experience over
the 40 years he has been in the cleaning business and has worked
as a Regional Manager for a national cleaning company.
We commenced business in 1989 and currently work with a well
known retail chain, enjoying 17 years of successful cooperation
between our two business', AstraZeneca UK Ltd a pharmaceutical
company, Cathedral & Abbey Church of St Alban and a large
number of other business' whose cleaning requirements are tailored
to suit their needs.
Although we have grown considerably over the years, we are pleased
to say that we still manage to keep the promise we made on first
starting our Company, of treating each of our clients as individuals
and ensuring that any query or enquiry is dealt with immediately.
Our network of full time staff and area managers regularly check
our sites to maintain SLA's. We aim to deliver a consistently
high quality of service to our clients by providing well trained
and highly motivated staff, supported by a knowledgeable management
team and the technical expertise of our suppliers.
We have implemented our own Health & Safety At Work Policy
(See Health & Safety) using
our vast experience. Scott & Sons Ltd. are a member of the
British Institute of Cleaning Science, Safe Contractors and
Laddersfree. Our insurance covers employee liability, employer
liability, public liability and product liability.
We pride ourselves on caring about our clients, endeavoring
to achieve high standards of work, protecting our staff and
taking worry away from our customers. |
